Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unaltered, undamaged and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please Contact Us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and properly filled up the Return Form, then mail your return to the shipping address that will be provided to you in the RMA.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping and customs charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $180.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges. Other charges, including but not limited to, administrative and technical evaluation, may apply.


We are not obliged to make a refund, or compensation of any form, due to the following circumstances:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address);
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fleuvion (e.g., not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), and;
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Fleuvion.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All consumable or perishable items, powerbanks, batteries, filter replacement cartridges and all other similar products/items;

For defective or damaged products during transit, please take all pictures necessary to support your case against the logistics company. Bear in mind that the logistics company has made its prior inspection to the package, i.e. its contents and packaging, before accepting the parcel, and we are in no way in control of the parcel after it is shipped.

Please note:

You must submit your refund request within 7 days after the shipment has been received, or after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired, whichever comes first, and the item must be unused, unaltered and undamaged.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

  • A 33% restocking fee will be charged for all returns;
  • The buyer must show photographs of the product and sales invoice to prove that the item/s was/were sold from our Store.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
